Nashville Nights 2025
Our annual fundraiser is right around the corner, and this year we’re bringing the heart and soul of Music City right here with the Nashville Nights 2025 Auction! We need your help rounding up some amazing auction items to make this event a smashing success. Whether it’s a favorite local business, unique experiences, or a creative gift basket, every contribution helps us hit the high notes for our school!
Procurement for the Nashville Nights 2025 Auction has begun!!! Here’s how you can help:
Donate Items: Think of exciting products, services, or experiences that would get everyone bidding!
Reach Out to Businesses: Know a business that might donate? Let them know how they can make a difference.
Team Up with Friends: Join forces to create unique themed parties or experiences.
Turn in your Auction Items: Remember to complete a procurement form for every item. (Each auction item should have a minimum value of $75.) Students of families submitting item(s) valued at $100 or more during the Procurement Contest periods will be eligible to participate in the corresponding Procurement Contest.
Procurement Contest Deadlines:
Early Bird Procurement October 17 – December 20
1st Procurement Contest January 6 – January 24
2nd Procurement Contest January 27 – February 7
Procurement Deadline: February 14, 2025
We are currently in the middle of the Early Bird Procurement Contest.
Students of families submitting item(s) valued at $100 or more will receive 5 Free Dress Passes.

Calling All Photographers!!! We need your help!

Photographing our online auction items and packages (3 hrs or more as desired)

Photographing students / siblings in March for family table portraits (multiple days / multiple hours per your availability)

Photographing the Auction Gala (5 hrs)

Organize and sort items for the Online Auction (5 hrs)

Process Online Auction checkout, item retrieval and delivery (3 hrs or more as desired)

Decorations

The decorations team needs help (at home) to assemble the decorations

Help is also needed setting up decorations the day of the auction (5 hrs)

Runners and Spotters / Live Auction Recorders

If you are interested in volunteering to work at the auction, we need more volunteers to assist the auctioneers and record the Live Auction (5 hrs)

Thank you for considering a donation to the Holy Family Parish School Nashville Nights 2025 Auction. This year we are celebrating our 41st Annual Auction and the generosity of the community partners that contribute year after year to our auction success. All proceeds from this auction directly benefit the school’s students by providing the funds necessary to enhance school programs, improve curriculum and supplement tuition assistance.
Our Nashville Nights 2025 Auction will be held on Saturday, April 5, 2025. The deadline for procurement donations is Friday, February 14, 2025. Donations may be dropped off at the school office or you may contact Heidi Donovan at (425) 827-0444 hdonovan@hfkschool.org to coordinate pick-up. Holy Family Parish School is a 501(c)3 organization. As a 2025 Auction Champion, you’ll make a powerful impact on our lives of our students, while earning your place in the spotlight across our vibrant Holy Family School and Parish Community. Our Auction Champions will be honored in the auction catalog and during the event, as well as showcased on our school and auction websites, the parish bulletin board in the narthex and on the Auction, Champion Banner proudly displayed in our school hallway.
