Development Associate

We seek an energetic and dynamic Development Associate to join our HFK Advancement Team. The Development Associate is a vital member of the Advancement team supporting and working collaboratively on day-to-day development activities, including data entry, donor database management, logistics for fundraising events, school communications including website and social media platforms, and funds management.

This position begins in August 2021, and is part-time 24-30 hours per week. Exact hours and days of the week are negotiable. Special events required, including some nights & weekends.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • To help maintain and increase the current programs and events designed to attract the maximum gift support possible to the school. These include annual fund solicitation, planned giving programs, corporate and foundation proposals, events, corporate matching gifts, and planning for major capital gifts
  • To process gift income for the purpose of providing thank you acknowledgments and receipts and the maintaining of school donor giving records
  • To help locate and recruit alumni in order to increase alumni and parental support of, and involvement in, the school
  • To help create an annual report which will most effectively communicate with our various constituencies
  • To help develop and oversee volunteer staff to carry out fundraising events and Scrip program
  • To help with school communications including parent communications, website, and social media
  • To support the school and its leadership in fulfilling its mission to inspire, educate, and prepare our students for a Christ-centered life of learning, faith, and service

School Lunch Kitchen Coordinator

HFK School Elementary Instructional Assistant

HFK Preschool Teacher

Holy Family Parish Preschool is a dynamic preschool dedicated to inspiring, educating, and preparing all students for a Christ-centered life of learning, faith, and service. The school is committed to promoting and maintaining an inclusive culture, enabling all students to perform and progress at their highest level.

We are seeking a part-time preschool teacher for the 2021-2022 school year 3 days/week. This teacher would be responsible for preparing and teaching lessons to our classes of three-year-olds who meet on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8:00-12:00. One or two more hours per day may be added as needed.

Before School Kids’ Club Supervisor

We are seeking a part-time, before-school, Kids Club (childcare) supervisor. The hours are Monday through Fridays 7:00-8:30 am. The supervisor is responsible for overseeing 8-12 Kindergarten through 8th grade students, ensuring a safe and fun environment while students read, play games, complete crafts, and socialize.

Applicant should have prior experience working with elementary students in a camp, classroom, or before/after school program.
