Scrip Program

Holiday Scrip Order Form in Excel format (updated November 21)
Note that this new form has two pages - Front and Back. When you finish ordering from the first page, click the Back tab at the bottom of the page, which opens Special Orders. The items you order from the Special Orders page will automatically be calculated on the Front page and included in the Grand Total.

This is a self-calculating Microsoft Excel form. Simply click on each quantity box, fill in your desired number and the form will total everything for you. Then just print it out, write your check and send it in. EASY!

It is preferable that you use the above Microsoft Excel form, but the following Scrip Form in PDF format is available if you don't have excel: Holiday Scrip Order Form (updated November - Note that there are two pages in this form.)

The Scrip program is just like buying gift certificates for items and services that you already use, like groceries, gas and coffee.  HFK is able to purchase the gift cards at a non-profit discount and sell them at face value.  The difference provides additional funds for HFK development efforts.

Scrip can be bought by parents, parishioners, alumni and friends of the school through weekly order forms.  Scrip is also sold periodically after Mass and during other parish events and activities.  These gift cards can be used for weekly household purchases or as gifts.  Our success increases with more participants – so please plan your purchases to use scrip!
