Dwight D. Eisenhower

Interesting Facts:

Dwight D. Eisenhower was a very athletic man. One time when he was running with his friends he tripped on the wood sidewalk and ripped his pants on the sidewalk, and his knee was badly injured. The doctors almost had to cut off Dwight’s leg so the blood poisoning wouldn’t spread through his whole body and kill him. Dwight’s family prayed for him so the doctors wouldn’t cut off his leg; and God healed his knee.  When Dwight got older he went to World War I, World War II and fought in other wars too. Dwight became the head general for the U.S army. In 1953 Dwight D Eisenhower became president, and end president in 1961. On May 28, 1969 Dwight died, he was such a good man.
