Welcome to Grade 5
Hello! My name is Liza Foulon and I am the 5th grade teacher at Holy Family.
I grew up in Bellevue, Washington; attended grade school at Saint Monica’s and graduated
from Newport High school. I went on to Oregon State University where I received
a bachelor’s degree in Human Development & Family Science. In 2008 I earned
my Masters of Arts in Teaching from Willamette University. I have always had a
strong desire to serve others and I found that teaching was the best way to
follow that passion. I have been enjoying my second year of teaching at Holy
Family; it is truly an honor to be a part of this wonderful community.
When I am not in the classroom you can usually find me out at the barn with my horse.
Along with teaching, horseback riding is another great passion of mine. I
compete in western show classes and I enjoy trail riding.
This school is a very special place where teachers and families come together to ensure
that their children are receiving the best education possible, I am very
grateful for the opportunity to be a part of Holy Family.
